Imagenomic Portraiture Photoshop Cs5 Download

Hello, I'm running PS CS5 64 bit/Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I rely heavily on Imagenomic Portraiture Plug-In, but since installing 64 bit Photoshop on 64 bit Windows I have not been able to use Eye Candy or Photo Tools. With Portraiture installed, installing either Eye Candy or Photo Tools causes Photoshop to crash on opening. I have searched this forum and the Internet in general but have not seen anything on this. I had a fairly long thread going with an Alien Skin rep who stated:
Jim White, Mar-11 16:08 (EST):
Yes. There is a bug in their plug-in that fails to correctly isolate the plug-ins from one another. They addressed this in the 32-bit version with an update, but last time I checked they had not updated the 64-bit versions. I sent a couple of emails to them but never received a response. You can check to make sure that is the problem by dragging their plug-in out onto the desktop, restarting Photoshop, and trying our program again.
I made the problem go away by doing his test. I have not posted to Imagenomic yet (they are next) but have searched their forum and have not seen anything about this conflict. I have the latest Portraiture version which is many moons old.
Has anybody here dealt with this conflict? Is this the right place to post this subject? I don't see anything about plug-ins here.
Thanks - Dave

That is counterintuitive. I suspect you uncheck this box but with other ramifications.
As I understand it, with natural scrolling the paradigm is that you are directly manipulating the content as opposed to manipulating the scroll bar. That is why you do a two fingered drag from the bottom of a trackpad to the top in order to scroll towards the bottom of the page. Similarly, if the app supports it, when you swipe from left to right you should get the previous page (this works in safari). If the app doesn't support the two finger swipe gesture you have to use the three finger swipe. Unfortunately, the swipe direction is in the opposite direction. In order to go back a page you need to swipe from left to right.
You said: 'That is counterintuitive. I suspect you uncheck this box but with other ramifications.'
Apart from being grammatically incorrect, the statement seems to indicate an incomplete understanding on your part of natural scrolling.
The three finger swipe utilizes the old (unnatural) scroll paradigm. What I want is a way to make the three finger swipe (for apps that do not support the two finger gesture) conform to the natural paradigm.
Any suggestions?

  • Hi....
    I love this app...
Now that is out a the way...
It kills me to have to watch all those wild animations.... Fades etc... Every time I move the mouse from one window to another...
I would like to turn them off...
WHY on earth do we need to see a clip being disabled.... FADE OUT... Just set the opacity to ZERO instead of wasting processing power.
Moving the mouse from i.e. even lib. to timeline makes the timeline turn 'fade in' like some 5$ flash website programmed by an amateur...
Does anyone REALLY wanna watch the inpected and color boards.. Slide on... Or would you prefer to just have them appear instantly ?
If anyone knows how to turn off all those eye candy animations I would love to know about it...

No... I can turn off skimming all I want, hitting i.e V to disable a clip makes it fade out to a state of gray instead of just being gray...
In the colorboard click on correction one's right-arrow to open the color correction tools.. It will slide on...
    all those effects...
They look nice... FIRST TIME you use FCPX -- then they become a horros

  • Is there a tool to remove red eye in photos?

    clark,
It is called (something in) Photoshop.

  • I copied Photo Tools 2.6 into CS6 Plug Ins but I can't find it anywhere when I open CS6.
    Suggestions/ideas?

Hello, isn't there an installer you are supposed to use?
You might want to wait for Jeff Schewe to show up in here.
And do check this FAQ: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/965931?tstart=0

  • I have previously used the trial successfully but it expired and I deleted it and then bought the Portraiture package only to be told that I have to install the trial and can then only enter the license key. The trial installs successfully ie I get the green tick for successful installation but it does not show up in my Photoshop Filters? I have contacted Imagenomic who are virtually impossible to contact and then are not interested in your problems once they have your money. Can you believe this level of customer service??? So frustrated.
    What I have tried:
    Quit PS before installation.
    Shutdown before and after installation.
Checked System requirements for the software see below, it looks ok to me? ( I see below it is OK for PS CC but PS CC2014 is not specifically mentioned, could this be a problem now bearing in mind that I did get it to work on CC 2014 before?)
Installing via Firefox and via Safari.
My workware: MAcBook Pro OSX 10.9.4
    Photoshop CC 2014
Imagenomic Portraiture trial current trial download version.
The trial I am trying to download is : Portraiture Plugin for Adobe Photoshop CS5/CS6/CC
    and Photoshop Elements 11/12 - Mac OS X 10.7/10.8/10.9 v.2.3.3 build 2330
Mac OS X 10.7.x/10.8.x/10.9.x, 1GB RAM, 100MB HDD, 1280x800 min resolution, Photoshop CS5/CS6/CC or Elements 11/12 ( this is the same one that I did
    get to work before)

I did resolve my issue by re-installing Portraiture 2.1. The latest version 2.3 would not run for me as I am still using CS3. I suspect that when you originally ran the trial version, you, too, were running 2.1. Contact Ani at [email protected] for assistance. I hope this is helpful.

  • I installed plugins Vertus Fluid Mask and Imagenomic Portraiture but I do not see it under the filters tab like I do in CS3. How do I access it through Photoshop CC?

    Good day!
Have you installed the Photoshop-version-appropriate versions of the plug-ins?

  • Does anyone use OnOne phototools Photoshop plug in. When I open it my picture is not showing in the before and after pane. What do I do to show iy.

    myjkem2,
I use the onOne suite of plugin's on CS4. It hasn't been a perfect relationship, but it's better now. I used to have the same issue, but only after about the 3rd or 4th photo being editing with Photo Tools. My suggestion would be to contact tech support at onOne or alternatively, post this same question in the onOne forum. http://www.ononesoftware.com/

  • How can i prevent and also fix white eyes in photos taken with iphone 4S? Is there a camera app that will help prevent this?

On the photo, click on Edit, the third icon at the bottom has a red circle with a slash over it, that's the red-eye fix. Touch that and it will fix all red eyes automatically or make you touch the red eyes and then fix them for you. Not perfect, but a great help. Now, I find that the fixes do not carry over when I save the photos in my computer. Hope to find an answer for that.

  • Included in the purchase of CS5 was a complimentary free copy of Photo Tools 2.5 to download. I've completed this task but unable to open/launch this software to use in conjunction with CS5. How do I open Photo Tools 2.5 to further edit a picture from CS5?

    Hi,
I don't know the details of that offer, but you might want to check here for more answers:

This is a link to Microsoft's new Pro Photo Tools 2, which includes reading and writing to XMP sidecar files. I don't know how well it works.

Have you looked at Jeffrey Friedl's cross platform tool? http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies/gps and http://regex.info/blog/2008-10-29/979
This works inside Lightroom, understands track log files, works with manual tagging from google maps and much more.

  • I am in great need of plug ins like the Eye Candy 4000 that was with the Macromedia Fireworks 8 program. If anyone know of where I may locate and download such a set of plug ins please be the grace of the Gods let me know.
I am hoping that Adobe Fireworks is as good as the Macromedia Fireworks 8 but I just do not have the plug ins I so badly need.
Thank you for any help the community can send me.

The latest version is EyeCandy 6. EyeCandy 4000 does not work with Fireworks CS5.

  • Hello. I have a QNAP TS869Pro with 5 bays populated. I'm using it with a single MacBook Pro running Mountain Lion.
I'll confess that I am not a NAS guru or networking genius so many of the advanced features of the NAS are currently beyond me; having said that, I do have the unit up and running just fine using SMB and am able to read/write to the drive as expected, and lack of clarity on the advanced capabilities of the drive might not be relevant since I have just a single client attached.
The problem I am having is editing files on the drive with LR5 & Portraiture. I can import/access/export files to the NAS using Lightroom just fine, but when I use a plugin called Imagenomic Portraiture, edits will not commit to the file(s). LR creates a TIFF file which Portraiture then is supposed to modify. The plugin reports success at the end of the task, but examination of the TIFF files shows that nothing changed. (Direct examination of the TIFF in the finder confirms no changes.) It's like the plugin doesn't have permission to write/edit the images. I've gone round and round with the publisher (Imagenomic) who insists that all file operations are handled within Lightroom, not the plugin, so if my normal edit operations work within Lightroom then they should also work when using the plugin... They don't.
I have verified that the plugin does work correctly (as it always has) when using a locally connected drive (USB, etc). I've also verified that the QNAP user/login has R/W access. The only variable in the system is the NAS, but Lightroom itself does successfully export images (both TIFF and JPG) to the NAS. The only failure seems to be the combination of the Portraiture plugin + NAS.
I'm at a bit of a loss, disappointing since I purchased the NAS specifically for my photography but I can't use it effectively because of this problem. My workaround is to synchronize the current project folder over to a USB-connected drive or back to the laptop, do the edits, and then sync back to the NAS for permanent storage, but this is a real drag for obvious reasons.
    Thoughts? Help is appreciated.

  • Is there any way to disable the interface animations and eye-candy in Aperture. I particularly want to disable the animations that play on stacks. Opening, closing, and sorting of stacks. They are sooooo slow with stacks of 30+ images. Especially when using keyboard commands to quickly perform multiple commands on a stack — it will start to play 2 or 3 animations on top of each other and it grinds the app to a halt.

    Amen, brother!
It would be fine to have all the spinning, swooshing, eye candy if the basic program ran well. But it's so sluggish, and there are so many performance issues on such a wide variety of hardware (just peruse the topic titles here if you have any doubt) that it's completely exasperating to have to wait for all the eye candy to execute before the program can actually do what you're asking of it.
I've learned not to use stacks or smart albums (even touching these brings my Dualie 2.5 ghz G5 to its knees, spod city...) but there are a number of animations you trigger just in use. Would be interesting to see if turning them off speeds up the programs core functions...

  • Hello.
I am still on Tiger, and have not jumped to Leopard because I spend a lot of time remoting into my machine from work. My husband, who has Leopard, is always complaining about how his system is virtually unusable because the performance is so bad while waiting for all the Leopard 'eye candy' to draw. He's tried my system from his work, and it's much much faster.
Any way to disable the 'eye candy' like drop shadows and reflections and such so that remoting goes faster?
    Thanks.

    What VNC server?
    What VNC Client?
I have found that the Leopard to Leopard provided Server/Client combo to be very efficient over an internet connection.
However, I've found that using A Leopard Server with a 3rd party Client, or a 3rd party server and a Leopard Client (aka Screen Sharing.app) has not been very fast.
The JollysFastVNC client is actually fairly good for a 3rd party client.
Using all 3rd party VNC components, I have found that using the Vine Server (aka OSXvnc) and Chicken of the VNC WITH CotVNC set to use only 8 bit color (or even 16 bit color) to be fairly good over a slow DSL connection between my Mom's system and myself. Of course I'm not interested in fantastic color from my Mom's system. I'm just trying to do admin tasks without driving 300 miles one way.
I also use Vine Server and Chicken of the VNC between home and my work system using lower color density. It is servicable, although I prefer to just pull the needed files to my MacBook and work locally, then push the results back.

  • Hi, i'm the owner and creator of 2cooldesign.co.za & tshirtprinting.co.za & have come across a little issue, i had CS4 and upgraded to CS6 and the eye candy i have doesn't install onto CS6 and want to create a cool chrome effect with the eye candy plug-in.. any suggestions for free plug-in or effect that can offer same results, this is for a cool t-shirt design

Could you not word things so annoyingly?
Your post started out well enough then bleeded into what I would expect from a mandrake lover defending his love of KDE.
Short of that I found the 'article' little more than the same old ramblings of an insane GNOME user going on about the linux desktop 'situation'.
I can't help but have a laugh every time I read these little rants and continue to hope they just 'go away'.
I bet in about 5 years we'll be reading about how HURD is the next big thing but just not 'newb' friendly enough and/or doesn't look as good as it could.
