- Image Lab 4.1 Stain-Free Total Protein Normalization Workflow. Open your multichannel image. Select the Normalization Tools icon in the left hand tool bar. A dialog box will pop up asking if you want the software to detect lanes and bands. Choose your desired Band Detection Sensitivity and select OK.
- Then, to download and run your software: Right click on the link to the file and choose 'Save Target As' and save the zip file to your desktop. Find the files on your system. If the file is in a 'zip' format double click the zip file and choose 'unzip' and select a location.
The tests were run in the NIST CFTT lab. This section describes the selected test execution environment, using the support software, and notes on other test hardware. 3.1 Execution Environment RMF version 5.2.1 was installed on Windows XP v5.1.2600.
